Silvester!!
so it’s my last day in Konstanz and probably my last post before i’m back in the US of A.We’re going to drive along the eastern coast of the Bodensee towards Austria and make a stop in Bregenz to see Peter Zumthor’s Kunsthaus Bregenz. I figure if I can’t make it to Vals, at least I get to see the Kunsthaus.
After that we’re heading straight for Augsburg where one of Wolli’s friends will be performing in a marionnette variety show. It’s supposed to be a world renowned theater and the New Year show is usually only open to local residents, so it’s pretty awesome that I get to see this. And after that, of course, the Silvester Party, which is what Europeans call their New Year’s Eve party, in reference to the saint for that day. Silly Europeans.
Gosh, is it really almost over?
